Beginning with 15.00 o’clock the reception of the participants in the Sports Hall (Sala Sporturilor) of Pecica, where the arrangments of the quarterage will be performed, with the following available options: in the Motel Pecica;

21.00 o’clock : Dinner (cooked in tin kettle by a specialist chef) served in the Sports Hall

Saturday May 28^st, 2011

The reception of the participants

10.00 o’clock: the festive opening of the Symposium

11.00 o’clock: bargaining, amateur radio equipment and parts swap and sale

13.00 o’clock: Lunch composed of «goulash» cooked of beef meat in tin kettle and dessert. After the meal discussions at leisure.

During the entire period of the Symposium a mobile buffet will be available with sandwiches, coffee, juices a.o. at own’s expendable.

Ora 15.00: primirea, cazarea (contra cost, pensiunea KOMODO Pecica, telefon fix: 0357428279; tel: mobil: 0744531723; strada 1, nr. 134, participantilor la Sala Sporturilor din Pecica;

Ora 21.00: Cina (mancare de fasole uscata cu ciolan afumat în ceaun de un bucătar specialist Pecican) si servit la Sala Sporturilor (gratis).

Ora 07.00: Primirea participanţilor;

Ora 10.00: Deschiderea festivă a Simpozionului, EXPUNERI SIMPO ed VIII a;

Ora 11.00: talcioc, echipament radio amatori si piese de schimb şi de vânzare;

Ora 13.00: Pranz compus din « gulaş » preparate din carne de vită în ceaun (gratis) .

Pe intreaga perioada a Simpozionului avem un bufet mobil, va fi disponibil cu sandwich-uri, cafea, sucuri, bere, tarii mancare calda, minuturi ş.a. contra cost.
