Beginning with 15.00 o’clock the reception of the participants in the Sports Hall (Sala Sporturilor) of Pecica, where the arrangments of the quarterage will be performed, with the following available options: in the Motel Pecica;
21.00 o’clock : Dinner (cooked in tin kettle by a specialist chef) served in the Sports Hall

The reception of the participants
10.00 o’clock: the festive opening of the Symposium
11.00 o’clock: bargaining, amateur radio equipment and parts swap and sale
13.00 o’clock: Lunch composed of «goulash» cooked of beef meat in tin kettle and dessert. After the meal discussions at leisure.
During the entire period of the Symposium a mobile buffet will be available with sandwiches, coffee, juices a.o. at own’s expendable.
